I use to go see Dr. Harold Jacot back when I was in High School many years ago (1980-1982), Chiropractor in Beatrice Nebraska. He would keep me adjusted for Sports. I can’t believe it has been so long, but in 2017, my Daughter and I started going to Catalyst! It’s fun to see how things have changed in Chiropractic’s! Much better at “warming you up” before adjustments. I sleep through the night now and my Daughter is excelling in sports. Such a caring and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they truly care about each person. I have been to other chiropractic clinics and none can compare to the complete whole mind and body treatment you get from this clinic.
I went to Catalyst three years ago when I met Dr. Boender and realized it was time to do something about my back. At the time, I was up for hours at night with terrible pain. And of course sitting for any length of time was tough. After only a few weeks I started to see change and by a few months I was sleeping so much better with nearly no pain. They really focus on total health and overall wellness, and creating a strong body instead of just relieving symptoms.
