Terrible !!! Had to break lease do to noisy neighbors Blasting music at all hours , the walls and floors are paper thin! After breaking lease with manager at the time Alejandro , was told we would have a 6 month payment plan setup and it would be emailed and mailed to us , never got it never received a call or ANYTHING! So we had to visit Catalina canyon to figure out what’s going on and now they say it was sent to collections after 30 days what a joke , not to mention their is NEVER staff in office ! Ashley was extremely friendly and helpful in getting me acquainted with the property. I anticipate moving in at some point in the near future.
Why am I paying for a covered carport at 25 month, when everyone is parking under them and not paying. This is one reason we will not be releasing our apartment. Also I was to take my chimes down,but others still have theirs still up. I feel we are being targeted. I will be getting a lawyer and will get this resolved.
