Update: Apartment complex has a great manager who seems to actually care about tenants being comfortable where they live. Kim did a great job of going out of her way to make living here a pleasant experience. Thanks again for everything!
I’m so happy with my decision to move here. The apartment is comfortable and feels like home. The property management team is amazing very helpful and responsive. They even followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. That really shows they care about their residents! So happy
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor communication at this leasing office. On Saturday, January 31st, I walked into the office to find the agent, Alex, literally asleep at his desk. I was there to proactively report a new pet and arrange for the pet deposit to be added to my next month's rent (as I had just paid the current month). Somewhat dishonest. Unreliable maintenance where you have to follow up with most requests. Some things they just ignore. Office people can be kind but ultimately are not very helpful. Extra $110 every month for maintaining the common areas. I don’t think that was fully disclosed before move-in. Other small problems as well.
