Best auto dealer I have been to in years. Very professional, friendly and "truthful". No "followers" around the lot. Derek was so awesome to purchase from. Answered all questions, if he was hesitant on anything, he found the answer right there and then. Shook hands on the purchase and shook hands when leaving. Would always go back if looking for another vehicle.
I had a really bad experience with these guys. My car was a completely the worst car I could ever get. It all ended up with the verdict about the necessary replacement of the entire long block. Price is $8000. And I bought the car for $11000. Cool, huh? That was the strong defect of the cooling system. You called back days after you bought the vehicle and said the vehicle had a rough idle and the check engine light was on. We asked you to bring it back so we could service the vehicle. The guys at Catalano we’re a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
Purchased a Toyota Truck drive it off the lot, not within 15 miles the check engine light comes on. Called up Javier, said nothing he can do about it. Vehicle starts up every now and then, dealer most likely leaning towards a bad motor. Save your time, money, and effort by going somewhere else. Out of pocket expenses to get this problem solved is reaching over $1k and probably more. Thanks a lot..

Good afternoon im sorry your having issues with your Tacoma.Javier did respond back to you and gave you a few options regarding your issues including offering a extended warranty as the truck is 11 years old with over 120,000 and was being 'SOLD AS IS". The Tacoma you purchased was safety checked and passed smog and also had oil changed and service performed including brakes.

This dealership was amazing! I’ve bought many cars and dealt with many dealerships but this process was so pleasant and painless . Derek the owner is so genuine and straight forward . Javier the finance manager is just the same. His quality of business shows in how he runs his shop and the employees . My husband and I got a beautiful vehicle at a great price with great service .
