Scheduled a test drive, showed up onsite after an hour drive only to start the truck have some crazy noise and the dealer admit they knew there was an issue. Oh well.

Did not buy from them. But I had a good experience. No pressure sales approach. I would buy from them in the future.
We ended up with a Toyota Highlander. Great deal, they worked with us on every level. Friendly and professional. Great experience.

I am always skeptical of small dealerships but Catalano Motors quashed those fears after the first call. Kevin was amazing. I was on a budget and upsidedown on my current car. Kevin was honest from the get go. No hard sales tactics no pressure. The first car I looked at was not what I wanted so I decided to wait. I also emailed you a copy of the Kelley Blue Book Trade In Value showing Low $6100 Mid $7100 and High Trade in Value at $8100. I offered you $7700-8000 which is almost High Trade Value. Your Tundra has body damage that I did not deduct for. I am sorry you feel my offer was a low ball but every Dealer in the State of California Uses Kelley Blue Book as a Trade Guide.
