Our downstairs bedroom had water coming in from the outside during all the rain. Mr. Catalano came out right away inspected the drainage and helped us come up with a solution. I was so relieved to have such a knowledgeable friendly inspector respond so quickly! I highly recommend his services he is responsive, friendly, affordable, and VERY knowledgeable!

Mr. Catalano was very quick to respond to my issue. He came out the next day and took many photos and got the answers I needed. Don’t know what we would’ve done without his knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend!

I recently hired Richard to do a home inspection. Since this house, is an older home I was worried about purchasing it. After working with Richard, I felt allot better about buying this property. He presented me with an excellent report. It was well prepared and organized. He was able to point out some major and minor issues. Issue ranged from pluming to electrical. I was very interested in buying a house, on the surface everything looked good to me, Richard looked over another inspectors report and advised me not to purchase it. It would of cost me thousands in foundation repair.
