Our Cat suddenly developed life threatening Pancreatitis. We had visited with several doctors at an Animal ER in town that were not able to determine the cause let alone provide appropriate treatment before we went to the Cat Specialist. Our first visit to the Cat Specialist was able to determine what was wrong with our cat and then provide excellent educated service and medical treatment to most literally save his life. Love the Cat Specialist and their staff. Have been taking my cats there since we moved to Castle Rock nearly 4 years ago and they always treat my kitties like family (and me, too).
Unprofessional business Having been clients of Cat Specialist we were always pleased with the care our cats received from Dr. Olson and Dr. Lavallee, but have decided to move on. We based our decision on current business practices. We feel that they have put people in positions who are not quite suitable for the job which has caused undue stress for an owner. I have been with Cat Specialist for many years, first with Dr. Olsen and now with his daughter, Dr. Lavalle. I can't say enough about this clinic. I would not take my cats anywhere else.
