Can't express my thanks enough to Dr. Jen for seeing my cat Taylor for an emergency today. Very pleased with this place. Took my cat other places before, but when I found out about Cat Specialist I was so pleased . Staff is wonderful and Dr. Lavallee has been amazing. Very happy about how compassionate she is and understands the love we have for our special cat/family member. They are also so accommodating to getting you in for appointments. My little girl loves the office because it is quiet and calm as well!
We get wonderful care for kitties here from everyone.
Going to the vet used to be a miserable experience for both BonBon and myself . . . and then we found Cat Specialist! They prescribed a medication to help with BonBon's car sickness, then were sweet and gentle, and they cleaned up her carrier when we arrived when she had an accident (thank you!). She likes to hunker in the sink in the exam room, but nonetheless seems much less stressed here. I will only take my kitty here!
