I do not know what I would do without the entire staff at the Cat Specialist. Julep is 17.5 years old and was having issues and Dr. Lavallee knew what to do and for the past few months she is a different kitty! She was lethargic, throwing up, bad joints and stools but after a month or so on the right meds she is bright eyed, active, loving and not getting sick and her stools are so much better. Dr. Z and Sam were professional, friendly and empathetic. They LISTENED. They spent over an hour with Kit Kit and I never felt rushed. Excellent follow up and communication. I have boarded my cat here several times with excellent care and communication.
They provided excellent care for Tiger. They explained all about procedure and cautions I would need to take after she came home. They are very helpful and friendly
We brought in our two new kittens Toast and Turtle, and they were just as in love with them as we are! They truly care about your kitties and want the best for them.
We’ve been going to the Cat specialist for about a year now! I highly recommend this vet! If you have a cat you know how hard a vet visit is in a cat. The whole staff is wonderful and treat our fur babies like they are family!
I have been going to the Cat Specialist for years .... as have my friends and neighbors. I took my 18 year old cat recently and I was amazed how Dr. Lavallee took care of him, leaving no stone unturned to discover why he wasn't eating. The office and the receptionists are wonderful and I love seeing the 4-legged office residents! Keep up the good work! Your office is amazing!
I had 5 month old Bengal cats (boy and girl) that had a sister that apparently had issues with anesthesia and surgery and died (a different clinic) during a spay. These people took this bad outcome very seriously and took all precautions with my cats. It was very reassuring. A quality and thorough job was done on my spay and neuter.
