They took great care of my Mr.Ramone and got him back home to me fast.
They (receptionist, techs, doctors, etc) are always kind and patient with me & my cats. Ex: The time I need to get more info on my cats - whether it's telling the cat's story or clarifying Rx or future treatments. The vet that took care of Ty made copies of his previous records to see what she can do for him to improve his every day health and eliminate (reduce) his episodes. She has great ideas and options. It’s a terrific relief to have a place to go (and just hang out...pet cats...kidding) where they take your cat seriously, professionally, using medical science and compassion, and still can laugh when he head butts his favorite vet tech. Castle Rock is lucky to have The Cat Specialist.
Dr Z and staff have all been wonderful with my cats, Larry and Steve, even when they weren’t so wonderful back. We expect the best of the best and believe that we’ve found it here 😻. Price is reasonable (quality care can be expensive but hey that’s what insurance is for), friendly drs/staff and quality medicine!
Our big cat was treated for hyperthyroid disease by Dr. Olson. The staff and process was 100% professional. The results were swift and dramatic! Highly recommended!
We had our first visit with our Bella last Friday and I couldn't be more happy with the care Dr. Quinn and the rest of the staff provided. They were very informative of all we discussed and treated Bella as if she was their own. I can't recommend Cat Specialist enough, I look forward to our follow up in a month with them.
