My husband and I have been with this office for about a year now and our last visit was the best because of Amanda. She was so friendly, talked to us about our concerns and actually tried to give us solutions. Our teeth felt nice and clean when we left but not sore like in the past. Go see Amanda!

I have extreme dental anxiety (yes that is a thing), so I often have a difficult time during my dental visits. I was extremely nervous during my most recent visit because my normal hygienist no longer worked there so I had to be assigned to a new one. To my pleasant surprise, Sarah was absolutely amazing! Everyone at Smiles of Cary office was very kind, professional, and courteous. Sara Martinez, the Professional hygienist, was very thorough and meticulous. She was very gentle and explain what she was doing throughout the cleaning. She answered all my questions very clearly. Dr. Ferzli and his Assistant, were effective, pleasant and very thorough as well. My visit was very satisfying!
Very professional and personable office. I came in for a crown to be redone, I’m older and they don’t last forever. They knew what kind it was and what needed done and I’m grateful to say painless! Plus they make the crown there so you walk out with your crown, that’s wonderful.
Appointment was on time. Reba, the hygienist, is excellent and caring. The entire staff are accommodating and professional. High marks!
Ginny runs the office and she is the best I have ever experienced. You can ask her almost anything and if she doesn’t know, she will find out. She keeps track of my appointments and reminded me. Dr. Lee is the best Dentist I have ever had. He takes the time to make everything up to his standers of excellence. I can guarantee everyone will be happy!!
