The service have never been very good, but I came because it was convenient and they offer a free car wash (even though it is a subpar one) with either oil change or inspection. I thought I would ask nicely as a long time customer with 4 cars in the family if I could get an upgraded car wash of a few dollars since I was paying for both a high mileage (more expensive) car wash and also an inspection. I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) I have never had thing happen at carwash before but have now – I had a bad deal with this carwash. I go to carwash about ever other week. I am handycaped and they put armall on the steps to my truck. not very smart. To have someone look thur my truck and take my emergecy cash for brakedown pay 440 FOR WASH AND HAD $60 STOLEN. So if you go strip you auto before you go....They told me none of there employes would do that. the customer is a liar so go at your on chance that you may be a liar too

Best Car Wash – This car wash was one of the best I've ever used. The man who greeted me offered me a wash at a discount which was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the amount of effort put into my truck and how clean it was when done. I also left a expensive watch and ring in the side door which I had forgotten were left there on my travels from the day before. I found both layed out in plain sight for me when I got in my truck. Best Carwash on the PLANET!!! – Every time i visit Tony's Express Wash and Lube it is a great experience. The workers are friendly. The ticket writer is the friendliest employee there. The management is excellent. My car comes out squeaky clean every time i wash it. I remember one time my antenna broke off while getting washed and the management paid for the whole thing. The other Tony's location is pretty horrible. But Tony's Express Wash on Western center is the best car wash in the world.
