The receptionist/lady on the phone Cindy i think her name was, she was extremely rude and hostile she had the worst attitude from the start of the phone call. I honestly am extremely disappointed as i have been going here my entire life and hate to have a negative experience as the last one. I really hope that Cindy gets a serious attitude adjustment and fired. She is not be allowed to answer the phone.
Dr Mika Hiramatsu is an excellent pediatrician. Staff has excellent customer service.

I left deeply disturbed by my experience with Dr. Vance. Her manner struck me as dismissive and overly certain, and I felt there was far too little respect for a parent's right to ask serious questions. I was especially concerned about the recommendation to administer a large number of vaccines to an infant during the same visit. Whether or not that schedule follows standard guidelines, parents deserve a careful explanation of the benefits, risks, timing, and alternatives—not an attitude suggesting that questions are foolish... read more
My son is 10 weeks old, we’ve been coming here for his appointments since his first doctors appointment after birth. In the beginning we were told he would need to receive his vaccinations otherwise they wouldn’t have him come to the practice anymore. I had no problem with him receiving his vaccines, but I did let them know that I wouldn’t be getting all the vaccines now. As his mother I am his full time care taker.
