However, as far as updates go we have recently renovated both Pools, the Jacuzzi and the kiddie pool. Not too bad living here. Maybe keep up with lighting around here. Laundromat needs some TLC. Pool as well. Cost is very reasonable. Size of Apts are better than I thought. All in all I do tell people about it and hope they move in.
We've lived here for over 3 years and the rent gets raised every time we renew- which would be fine if they were fixing things around the apartment, but they don't. We've had a leaking refrigerator for 2 years, our carpet has to be at least 10 years old, and our AC unit has broken at least 20 times since we've moved in. Every time we call the office to get something repaired we never talk to anyone and have to leave a message and most times no one calls back.
