I've been here since 2011, and have enjoyed every minute of it. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance crew is fast to respond to all needs big or small. A great place to live and located close enough to nearly everything one would need.
I have lived here for over 10 years. They keep the place up and the office staff takes care of problems quickly. Security is provided buy several police living in the complex. (Not saying there is much Crime). In all, a very friendly and quiet place to live.
I would not recommend this place to anyone these townhomes are over 15 years old but yet they charge you as if they were just built. There office staff is extremely unprofessional especially Leigh. Note to anyone just stay away from this place it's not worth the hassle!
My family and I have been here since Sept of 2016. We love Castlewood. We have awesome neighbors, it's a great location and the price is right. They are older and you get what you pay for... the maintenance staff is awesome, always over after I make a call to the office like when my window came off the frame, the guys are very respectful of your belongings and get in and get out quickly.. I cannot say much for the office staff as I hardly go in there unless I absolutely have to..but Miss Peggy is wonderful!! we love the pond... read more

Leigh Jackson (shorter blond hair) who manages here is the nastiest person I have ever met--not to mention VERY unprofessional. She is EXTREMELY unkind and she will speak to you with absolute DISRESPECT, all the while laughing at you. Melanie Hagen (property manager) isn't much better, but just as unprofessional. Oh, lastly, this place is way overpriced for what you get.
