Castlewood Townhouse is the worst apartment complex to rent from in West Ashely. They do not upgrade anything the only thing they do is paint over the walls and keep the same damage old cabinets and damage old carpets they had for years . I’ve rented with them for two years and when it was time to get my deposit back they charged me for the carpet that was already damaged and they charged me for not cleaning when everything was cleaned before returning the key. I'm just gonna put this out there..... I think you and your office community should be completely ashamed of yourselves for charging late fees to your tenants during this crisis. How dare you think this is ok? I don't care what your lease states. In normal times, absolutely it is understandable. But during a national crisis this is downright shameful. I will personally make sure to spread the word and let everyone know exactly how you people run your business.
The amenities for the price will NOT be found anywhere else in this city...

My family and I have lived here almost four years. We could not have chosen a better! Beautiful wooded area with a beautiful pond. Beautifully kept landscape. Two pools and a gym. The maintenance team couldn't be better. Prompt and professional. Had an issue with the shower handle. They were there in 30 minutes, and finished in 5. Even big projects are done quickly. Office is wonderful as well. Feeling very grateful.

Love living here, quiet and affordable for the area. Biggest issue is lawn care, grass is very high not cut nearly enough especially in the dog park which needs to be cut at least once a week.
