Dr. Castle is very kind and professional, however, I had a scheduled appointment and arrived 15 minutes early but was not seen until over an hour later. As a student, I am on a strict schedule and this put me in a bind with my classes. Running a little behind I can understand, but over a full hour is beyond acceptable. I did not sign up for that. Peoples time should be taken into consideration...
