We were also lied to by Jon Fisher. I have several emails and texts to prove that he does not live up to any of his promises, and he kept us on the hook for several months with no responses other than his requests to send the same information that we already sent him.
We were lied to by Jon Fisher. Offered us 4% rate, 0 points 0 fees, 1.125% fee for lock by email and phone for 6 month lock on VA loan. We then asked about 3.875 for 6 months, was told would be $1200 fee plus the 1.125% fee for the 6 months. Both times we were told the 1.125% would be credited towards closing cost. Then when we locked today, was told there is also a $695 origination fee. While we question why a licensed loan originator would attempt to use a different mortgage company for their loan, our company policy is to not insult or defame our competitors. We will continue to offer superior service and continue to win over customers as we have for over 25 years. Seamless experience from start to finish. As a small business owner, I was a bit intimidated to see what an approval process would look like for me; I thought it was going to be a really intricate process. Brian had a pre-approval for me that same meeting.. and it was all smooth riding from there. Everyone at Pike creek mortgage was great... I highly recommend seeing Brian Attalian for any mortgage needs
Bob Mills helped us purchase our new home in Delaware. He was very professional and the people he works with were all very professional plus very friendly. We would go back to Pike Creek again in a heartbeat.
