Single, first time home buyer and Pike Creek Mortgage was amazingly easy to work with. Worked with Frank Thornton from the pre-approval until the settlement day and he was great! Very knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the answers to all of my questions and did so willingly. Even worked around my bizarre work schedule. Everything went well and without a hitch. Now I'm a homeowner!!
