I purchased a car back in May from them and paid cash for it and it has been almost 4 months and I have not received my tags or my title for the car. I have called several times and have been getting the run around on why it hasn’t been taken care of. I saved my money up to buy this car and I think they are seriously lacking in taking care of customer. Since I didn’t finance it should be easier to take care of. I’m not happy and no one from management or ownership will call me back. Something needs to be done.
RecommendedWe went to Castle Hills motors just to take a look at their inventory. They had such a large selection and very friendly staff. After getting to know what we were looking for, Jamie recommended a truck that was perfect. (I didnt even know what it was I thought I wanted! ) The process was so easy that we left within hours with a new vehicle at an awesome price! No shady salesmen, no beat up options, just genuine guys helping people out. I highly recommend the Castle Hills!
On Thursday July 6th, I spoke to Jamie and George. I was in a desperate situation. My previous car broke down And I could not get parts to repair it and get it fixed. Changing my review. After having this vehicle we have noticed that is has been wrecked, there is a spot on my vehicle where you can tell someone just took some white paint to the car. It clearly has been wrecked. We were told this was car was repoed and it only had one owner for a few months with no accidents. That was clearly a lie! Told me they were gonna fix my a/c and didn’t do it even though it was on the contract.
I went down to test drive two trucks , ended up buying a GMC Sierra. Very friendly staff all around. I would strongly recommend. Had a great experience, and even had some laughs.
These people lied to me from the beginning, then would not fix it because they could not make thousands off of me. I paid 4000.00 cash for my car, and all they cared about was making more based on there lies. I had to get my lawyer involved, and they fed him a line of crap too. I would not ever buy a match box car from them. I will never recommend them to anyone. They are nice in the beginning.
