It would be a fantastic improvement if they returned customer's drivers license after taking to run a credit check. I have been trying to get my license returned for over a week. Sales people are quick to respond to messages and calls in anticipation of a sale, but not so much when it's a customer service issue. Very unprofessional!!!
Bought a cash truck 3 years ago and paid it in 2 payments. They never released the title. I’ve been trying for 6 months now and still can’t sell the truck. I have talked to several people, left numerous voice mails and emailed. They finally sent me something but it wasn’t what the state wanted. I again called and emailed but ZERO return call or anything. i even scanned the letter from the State showing the required letter. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
