Management does a great job facilitating a well-managed community. The employees at the front office are overwhelmingly kind and maintenance is so prompt and professional. It’s been a joy living here.
Staff is great & engaging! Maintenance requests & needs are taken care of quickly & efficiently. I’ve been here for about two years and it’s been nearly problem free. Apartments are very spacious, and amenities are nice. The exterior walls are just a little thin so it can get pretty cold in the winter and outside conversations from neighbors echo and can be heard rather loudly inside. But overall, would recommend!
I've had a really good experience living in this complex. The staff is friendly, the amenities are nice, maintenance is good, and the location is great.
I have lived here for 9 months now, and it has been a great experience. The amenities are a great plus (in-unit washer/dryer, clubhouse with a gym and pool). As others have mentioned, maintenance is quick to respond to requests, and the staff is helpful. Also, whether it is thick walls or good neighbors, I have never had a problem with noise. Highly recommend!
I have lived here for about six months and have really enjoyed my time! I have only had to make one minor maintenance request and the issue was corrected the same day. The one bedroom apartment I have is laid out really well and is perfect for me. The staff has always been very responsive and helpful when I have had any requests as well. The area around the complex has tons of restaurants and shopping so it is really a great neighborhood to live in around Indianapolis!
I have lived here for almost a year. It's quiet, clean, and maintenance usually is very responsive for requests. The pool is awesome during the summer and the gym is also really nice. I feel safe living here and would recommend for anyone to live here.
We have lived here for about 6 months and I have nothing but positive things to say! Maintenance is very quick with requests. The office staff is very helpful and supportive. They are always thinking of fun ways to get residents together and provide services. I highly recommend living here!
My husband & I have lived at castle creek for a couple of months now & we really enjoy it! Our apartment is modern & we love the special touches it comes with like crown molding & hardwood flooring! We receive many compliments from friends & family who visit. We really like the location (close to castleton mall shops/ restaurants & the highway!). Also the gym and resident gathering areas are nice! We have enjoyed our stay so far & would recommend to others!
