I had a scheduled appointment to look at this vehicle....Unfortunately, this vehicle had a prior buyer already set up....Dealership was not aware of it til a few hours prior to my scheduled visit....they transferred this vehicle to their Villa Park location, and were not even aware of the transaction til the next morning...I emailed the internet manager the next day, explaining how unhappy and disappointed i was....Never received a response...I guess that's what they mean by the "Castle Difference". Good talking to customers and getting you in & out, but they need to work on the organization of their vehicles for sale & make sure they are ready for the customers once they purchase it.
good so far, very good about follow up calls. courtiouse and seem to be a place to find a good deal....

Great experience - closed deal efficiently
I loved the car but they tried to rip me off on my trade and without giving me the appraised amount FIRST they ran my credit and stated it was only a "soft" inquiry which there is no such thing through a dealership. After he had got caught up trying to rip me off he stated there was little wiggle room when the difference was $5000...thats ALOT of wiggle room, was not willing to work/ negotiate with me so i left and drove the hour back home.
Excellent turn around time. Professional and courteous.
5 STARS - Dealer DID respond to my email within 15 minutes. The salesperson was very pleasant and very helpful, although the vehicle I was looking for was not longer available. This rating screen won't let me change the Dealer never responded part. THEY WERE AWESOME!!!!!
Never bothered to remove vehicles from site when they were sold awhile ago.
