The relationship started out great however now over 3 weeks and no call returns or text returns. I guess I meed to find someone else. I wouldn't recommend them based on the lack of communication and customer appreciation.
First off I was extremely impressed by their customer service and professionalism. I was in desperate need for a landscaper in my area. Javier was considerate to pick up on a Sunday when i first reached out to offer his help. He came out the very next day and I was confident going forward that this was the company I was choosing. Melvin and his Son Javier have been helping me keep my property well maintained since my Mom passed away. They have done such a great job that now two of my neighbors use them too. Always kind, prompt and posses a high degree of perfection. Thanks for doing such a great job!!
