Very friendly and efficient. Came out immediately and was able to solve by problem. Seemed very expensive for what I had them do (install a dimmer switch that was already set up which just needed put back in the wall, and fix an outdoor outlet which was not working), but I would use them again.
The electricians are the most knowledgeable by far and worth every penny.
The company called ahead and even sent name and picture of the representative we were to expect. The representative that came out to my home was very helpful. Gave us 3 options and even provided a 4th at my request. Very easy to work with.
You cannot ask for a better service, they are fantastic I have had them over for electrical and plumbing. The customer service is amazing, always clean, nice, and they are the best!
We were very pleased with them, they were very knowledgeable, and helpful in every way.
Our hot water went out on a Sunday night. Called Casteel the next day and they were out the same day! They replaced our water heater in a timely and efficient manner. We also found out at that time that our electrical panel was mislabeled from when the home was built. They were able to get an electrician out the same day to label it correctly. It was a great experience from beginning to end!
I liked the value, how nice they were, the knowledge, and what they quoted stayed the same the entire time!
I could not have picked a better company!
I would recommend them to anyone!
