Don’t store your stuff here ! They are no help in resolving this either. Our things are RUINED ! This is only a small section of a piece of furniture in there .. we have the largest unit . Pathetic the way Keith and Lisa handle this place ! ITS INFESTED IN RATS ! We were more less told they aren’t responsible . What’s the point of paying you monthly to store my things. If I wanted rats all over it, I could have put it on the back porch !
This is not a safe place to store your stuff. Criminals have broken the locks on these storage units and have stolen items out of them. The staff only feels the need to only try once to contact you. If you do not answer that one call then you're out of luck. The automated carwash is good, when it's not broken.
