Awesome service. When I need the oil changed in my car they are really helpful getting my car in around my schedule.
Cassill's "Jay in the trunk" ad is the absolute truth! Jay has himself has helped me out in personal emergency situations - once coming to my house shortly following the death of my husband to get my car out of the garage and driveable. Then again last Saturday, rescuing me when my van quit on a hill on East Post Road. Everyone at Cassills has always treated me as a most valued customer! I'm totally beyond satisfied and will always go to Cassill Motors for vehicle purchases and exceptional auto service and repair!!!

Bought a Lexus CT200h. Had a bad first night with it, but they made it right and fixed the issue right away. The people are polite and caring and the service is great. They weren’t pushy, and I never felt rushed. They let me even think about it FOR A WEEK with out blowing up my phone. They offer great warranties, and stand by it.
There is no other dealership in Eastern Iowa that I will even consider, only Cassill Motors. We had transmission trouble that is being repaired, the Owner made sure we have a decent van to drive in the middle of winter, and all of this at no cost to us.
