Quick service at a great price
We got new tires and had the rear end realigned on our car. We love going to Cassill. It is a very welcoming place. The staff is friendly and really cares about our satisfaction. We love that it is a one stop shop. We have bought two cars here, get them serviced here and now have gotten tires here. The service ended taking longer than expected because of some problems with the car itself and the Cassill staff kept us informed and provided us with a rental car until the issue was resolved. Recently my van developed some issues and I was concerned that it was not safe to drive. We called and they had is bring it right in. They diagnosed the problem and confirmed it needed to be fixed before it was driven. We made an appointment and anticipated we would have the vehicle back in a week to 10 days. They called us 24 hours later with the job completely done. You are outstanding!! The only place we trust.
RecommendedI recommend everything at Cassill Motors. I bought a car there in January. I worked with Don Haas, told him how much I could spend and he called me to tell me he had a car for me. I fell in love with it...everything I wanted and then I went to the finance area...dreading it...because that is always the worst. Stephanie Prochaska was the easiest person I have ever worked with. PERFECT DAY OF CAR BUYING. I will neve go anywhere else.
Good, quick, and reasonably priced service. Bought my Lincoln here 3 months ago and they have done a great job of building a customer relationship after the sale.
