Amazing place to live. Enjoyed my one year stay. Lived in a 1-1 with minimal wear and tear when it was turned back over to management. Admittedly, there were areas of high use where paint was discolored and scuffs in limited areas. Unfortunately, a $2,350 deduction from my security deposit was provided for repainting. I asked for a copy of the invoice that included the hours spent, and the areas of the apartment that needed repainting and repairs due to my use. I never received this.
