Old school since 1962. I've driven by this place before but never knew it was this popular. We are here for a pre Valentines dinner date and arrived at 7pm on a Saturday, the place was packed. No reservations required just show up. The place is dark, loud, and happening, definitely a lively gay atmosphere. This was only my second visit but my first one was enough to know it's my new favorite Mexican place to eat when I'm in the area, which isn't enough. The food speaks for itself, its out of this world bomb, especially the chicken mole and rice. The peach margaritas are marvelous also. But more importantly, the staff. From the bar tender, to the serves to the guys who bus the tables, they are all so friendly. Made me feel like family.
This was our second time at Casita del Campo. We didn't have dinner this time, but every one who was eating seemed to be enjoying their dinner. The bar was busy and friendly. We went to see Golden Girlz. That was well worth the trip. Definitely a fun place to go for a nice evening out.
Food was great good Atmosphere. Service some what slow but worth the wait.
