I literally just call these people to get a ride for my friend because his phone is broke and they told me they don't accept third-party calls. So I told her there's no way he could call his phone is broken. Then this broad has the audacity to say well if his phone's broken then how do you know he needs a cab? I called a cab last night and the owner/dispatcher was very rude and condescending. I will never use there service again. It's too bad because I had you guys on speed dial. It seems to me that "John" should find a new job if you can't handle good customer service. �

Best cab company in the Metro I don't just say because I drive for the company I hear everyday from customers how they appreciate Casino Cab my neighbor told me this morning on my way to work he will be using Casino Cab instead of Bluffs Taxi he told it takes Bluffs Taxi 30 minutes or longer to pick him up we pride ourselves with prompt courteous on time service.

Love this cab company use their services almost everyday.
