I have a very bad experience today at planet Hollywood location. When i order my Crystal i put my name and my wife name , in between our name i put " & " and also las Vegas 2015. After i pay the lady told me i should put 2016 and also a ♡ instead of & . When i pick up the crystal and it change to 2016 but not the heart shape. I told them you make a mistake but is ok because i need to go to airport. When i ready to leave and the chubby lady say you should check your invoice. Please do not use this company (branch in mandalay bay) for your wedding. They are difficult to get a hold of, unprofessional and beyond expensive. Our wedding pictures were less than mediocre and there was no attention paid to details. My hair was messed up,my dress was sticking out and so many more unnoticed mishaps. I cherish the pictures my friends and family took with thier phones more than the ones taken by this company. The photo quality was very poor. The disk to get the photos is ridiculously expensive. We hired an additional photographer in advance of our daughters wedding, based on seeing someone else's wedding photos they took. Friend have looked at both groups of photos and say, by far the other photographers photos were better. My daughter is absolutely heart broken.Rather than make the situation right the are more worried about money we have dealt with Christina Hunt and Alex Lidey. Very disappointed in their customer service. I purchased a photo and selected the one without the custom boarder. I realized it immediately after I hit purchase and emailed them right away. They refuse to allow me to exchange it for the other one. I guess they never make mistakes.
