Took a photo as part of a company event. Worst customer service ever, never received my photos. I approached customer service four times, they always send you a generic response. Would not work with these guys.

This company photographed my sister's wedding as part of a Vegas package. The photographer was very friendly and professional. She was there for most of the festivities and stuck around to get photos of all the guests. The pricing was higher than I expected when it came time to buy photos, but that appears to the be cost of business on the Vegas Strip. I was mostly interested in photos for my Mom, and ended up contacting their customer support right before X-Mas with questions. They ended up being very friendly and helpful.
I loved it so much ! The pictures came out amazing !! My best friend and I loved them ! Especially the sin city cowboys!

Our photographer was great. Had a slight issue on our side and Lori immediately fixed the issue for us. Even called us from her home to make sure we were taken care of. Great great great team. Thanks to Lori and Kristina. Will use them again whenever we go back to Vegas.
The photos were decent but they charged an outrageous amount for our photos! They didn't even let us choose which prints we were paying for. I didn't get the ones I liked best! We also never received a bar code for online use. Come to find out after already purchasing the prints now I have to pay completely separately for the digital copies!
