Our photographer was great. Had a slight issue on our side and Lori immediately fixed the issue for us. Even called us from her home to make sure we were taken care of. Great great great team. Thanks to Lori and Kristina. Will use them again whenever we go back to Vegas.
The photos were decent but they charged an outrageous amount for our photos! They didn't even let us choose which prints we were paying for. I didn't get the ones I liked best! We also never received a bar code for online use. Come to find out after already purchasing the prints now I have to pay completely separately for the digital copies! Great product terrible customer service! I was there, they dropped and broke my product, tried to get me to take it. When I said no, luckily we were able to get a new one. But, it made us late for our flight. My sister bought 2 things, they made one and told us the other wouldn't be done until a certain time, but we were to be gone by then. So we never would have agreed to that. Said they would overnight it. It's been 5 days, missed Mother's Day and can't get anyone to call us back.
My son Logan was in Vegas for 6 days for the recent UFC fight. He came home with the most beautiful crystal piece with our photo etched inside and the words "Family Forever" etched underneath. It's stunning and I want another one. I'm hoping they deliver to Australia xx
