Great product terrible customer service! I was there, they dropped and broke my product, tried to get me to take it. When I said no, luckily we were able to get a new one. But, it made us late for our flight. My sister bought 2 things, they made one and told us the other wouldn't be done until a certain time, but we were to be gone by then. So we never would have agreed to that. Said they would overnight it. It's been 5 days, missed Mother's Day and can't get anyone to call us back.
My son Logan was in Vegas for 6 days for the recent UFC fight. He came home with the most beautiful crystal piece with our photo etched inside and the words "Family Forever" etched underneath. It's stunning and I want another one. I'm hoping they deliver to Australia xx
We bought a crystal and two color led lights. The crystal came out beautiful. Once we came home one of the color light bases is not working properly. I called and received an email right away to receive a replacement. That is what I call great customer service!
Incorect team! After we bought the photos, they promised to us the photos will be send by e-mail as well!!!! They ask our e-mail address, but they didn't send them! After the complaint letter of my girlfriend the answer was: "You can purchase the digital copies on the website!" I think we spent much money for the photos, why should we buy them again??? So this is a very unfair procedure!!!
Was in vegas over the weekend and decided the crystal photo of my father who passed 20 years ago would be a perfect gift for my mother. I can not describe in words the complete awe I was in at the finished product they made from a 40 year old picture my son took a picture of and sent me via text. As well as they sobbing excitement of my mother when I gave it to her. You guys made a 58 year old woman cry tears of ultimate joy with your work. THANK YOU.
