In 1988 the Nixa area was just being developed. Nixa had two gas stations, two hardware stores, farmland and a McDonalds. Then came Cashew Inn Cashew Out. Our friends asked us what we were thinking when we made the decision to open a Chinese restaurant in the middle of no-where and with a drive through!
