Got order wrong and then make excuses for it when weve been coming for years and always got it the same way. Now you say its not on your menu?? Quality of food has gone downhill and customer service has as well. We do not recommend this place to anyone. STAY away!
Ordered the Empress Chicken and it was AWESOME! The fried rice though seemed stale and the wonton soup was not what I was hoping for. Waited 30 minutes 5 cars deep in line at the drive through. I’d say it was worth it. �
Hair in my food, and inside the egg roll. Customer service at the window and over the phone when calling them to let them know it has happened. Sucks because I have always liked this place but it’s going to be awhile before I go back. Just below par, mainly because of the service. I can get over the hair.
My husband and I just had their delicious Springfield-style cashew chicken. Want to try the General Chicken next time.
I have eaten at CICO for years and never had a bad meal. I love their Crab Rangoon.
