Casey and Jill were very valuable to me in selling my house. Lots of great advice about what to do and - to me more importantly - what did not need to be done was very important and saved me a lot of time and money. They priced the house right as it sold quickly and over asking rice. All around a great experience.

Worked with Casey over a period of about 4 months to find a home. He was reliable and provided good information on the home buying process which included the nuances of the Seattle area. He and the team at Windermere Seattle-Wedgewood always made themselves readily available to answer questions - even during off-hours. All and all, a very good experience.

Casey was extremely professional and responsive. He was there throughout the who process, whether by text or email or phone and made the process feel very smooth. Casey was great at emailing back the same day with information about houses we were interested in. He also made the negotiating process easier with electronic signing since it's impossible to get time off work. Casey even came by on a Sunday when we were locked out of our new house!
