Casey was kept me informed of what's going on in the Seattle-area housing market. His reports helped me make an educated decision the price of the house I was selling. I bought the house in 2006 right before the market crash of 2008/2009. I managed to keep the house until 2015 when I got Casey's info from Windermere Property Management. Casey and Jill were very valuable to me in selling my house. Lots of great advice about what to do and - to me more importantly - what did not need to be done was very important and saved me a lot of time and money.
