If a parent has questions or concerns, Dr. Casey will drop the patient. He isn’t a parent type person. He fails to reassure or work out a possible plan etc. Ex if patient need 4 things done and one is the most important and should be first, it’s all or nothing with him. He will not just do the one item first and work on the other 3 later. He refuses to work with ptsd patients or even answer simple questions. Staff was great, the Dr himself, not professional at all.
I liked the friendly staff and for the 1st time there i was amazed. The office was nice and clean and the doctor gave me a full exam that i never had in ct. I will highly recommend someone if anyone ask me about a dentist.
I took my daughter here for a checkup. They charged me 40 dollars for fluoride use and recommended her having 4 cavities filled and one may need a crown. I decided to have my regular dentist give me a second opinion and a checkup. He recommended filling only one cavity and said the others were so small good brushing should fix them. This proved to me this dentist is just after one thing, money. I highly recommend getting a second opinion anytime you come here or better yet just don't come.
