So very disappointed. Child was seen today(1st time) and as of this afternoon i am having to request all of my records. 2 insurance plans but they say they dont know what they pay so Im expected to pay out of pocket and hope for refund checks. I even offered to contact both insurance companies myself. Sad. Daughter liked the the office but money comes before the patient in this case. Lost a 2k job over this. Dr. Casey and all of his staff were fabulous today! I was very nervous as I took my three year old in for a pulpotomy and restoration on her front two teeth. They were so sweet and took great care of her!! Amazing experience!
Dr Casey and his staff has always been so great with my girls. They do a great job of helping them feel safe and comfortable!
