Unprofessional, rude, doesn’t look after the best interest of the patient. Parents should be given the option to stay in the room with their child until they’re calm enough for the procedure.
First visit and it was good. Appt was at 2:00 and was called back maybe 5 mins later after checking in. Everyone explained everything very thoroughly and Megan, the hygienist, was awesome and made sure I was comfortable during my visit!!!!
