Service Sucks – This place has the worst service in RI. Counter personel think they are doing you a favor taking your order. Last time I was there they told me order was not ready and then 30 minutes later found it on the counter. It was cold, the young lady told me to take it or leave it she did not care. Well I have not been back there since.
HA, HA, HA, HA, HA........ – Caserta's is rated as the best pizza in Prov? YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING !!!!! Maby it was when the orriginal owner ran it. But, in my opinion, it rates right up their with Pizza Hut, Domanos, Papa Johns and even Chuck E Cheeses. In other words, nothing special short of lousey. If you really want good piza in Providence, Bob & Timmies and Cecelias are good choice's. Antonio's on Thayer Street (next to College Hill Book Store) is an excelent choice as well. Awesome – Oh yeah, the pizza is awesome, but the Pig in a Blanket is unbelievable. Ya' just got to try one, especially the one with peppers.
Old Time Favorite – Never been disappointed, wish we had a Caserta's in Warwick
YUMMY – GREAT PIZZA AND WIMPY SKIMPIES, NOTHING FANCY ABOUT ATMOSPHERE, BUT WELL WORTH THE TRIP.
Best pizza? – No toppings? This is not real pizza, its more like bread. Good crust, but all the bread and little pizza flavor makes for uninspiring pizza. Also some of the front people are rude.
No service with No Smile – Caserta Pizza USED to be the best pizza in RI. Now it is not even the best pizza on Federal Hill. The serice is like a New York deli. The staff make you feel like you are imposing. The pizza is marginal. The dough has a greasy fried taste. The sauce has little seasoning. On the positive side... Spinach pies are still excellent!!
how? – how does this place always get rated so high... canned mushrooms and sauce... I'd rather go frozen
Caserta Please come back! – Caserta's used to be great, but quality has gone down in the last few years since Federal hill has gentrified.
