Sad to see the decline in service after 17 years as a patient I have been a loyal patient of Wayne H Case, MD / Family Medical Center in Pembroke Pines for over 17 years, but I am very disappointed with the recent drop in service since the new staff arrived. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. They do not answer incoming calls, and when you leave a message, no one calls you back. Staff is rude and terrible. Especially the staff that fills the prescriptions. Should be fired.
I love Dr Case & his daughter. Been seeing them for years. Staff isn't always that friendly. Need to smile more lol
