Dr. Case and Staff are friendly, Gentle! Upfront pricing to let you know what is covered by insurance and what is your responsibility to pay. They let me know. I have a balance of credit there, and let me know what to expect. They numb you before treatment to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Case doesn't do anything before you are comfortable! He is gentle but can be tough. But will let you know when it'll be rough. I will be back for all of my dental needs!!!!
