Always gentle and informative about whatâs happening and whatâs next! Friendly and personal.
My dental insurance is not accepted by Case Dental, but their service is excellent, so I continue to show up every six months to have my check up. The dental assistants make the not-so-pleasant experience of having sharp tools in someone elseâs hands in my mouth, a tolerable experience. Thanks!
