My partner and I are very pleased with Trent’s service and the quality of the shades. I called Trent to inquire about shades and he came to our house with samples the same day. Trent was professional, knowledgeable and was not pushy at all, did not try to up-sell. He understood what we were looking for and recommended the right product for us, which ended up being the base most affordable model. Trent is, in my experience, a rarity. He shows up on time. He takes time to listen and understand the project. He has good advice (if asked). And he follows through until the job is done to perfection. He has my highest recommendation.
