AWFUL EXPERIENCE I have never been at such an awful place. The other tenants are fairly pleasant, and it is quiet. However, I know a few people who lived there and they never got their deposits back and in fact got charged a lot of money after moving out. I myself got charged about $400 for damages I didn't do, they were pre-existing. I would caution you to EVER think of living here or dealing with their companies. 4 years in this apartment :( My husband lived in this apartment complex four years before we were married. Located in Cascade and required to live in Cascade for the fire department, this was his only option. The apartments have gone downhill in the last 3 years and the management is pretty much non exsistant. The rent was outrageous and his particular apt was not up dated, professional cleaned, painted, etc is over 10 years. The driveway into the complex was full of pot holes and the really run down.
