Great Place to live The Cascade Village Apartments are a great convenient location to live. If you are looking to get some insurance as you move in there look to State Farm. State Farm Insurance is a great place to get insurance for your car. Their auto insurance is something that we are known for as well as health insurance, life insurance, home insurance, and we even will give you a fast insurance quote! You can find the Marsha Veenstra State Farm office at 4807 Cascade Road right in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU RENT HERE!! Buildings are very old and outdated...walls are literally crumbling. Almost everyone talked to in complex had issues with windows/slider doors leaking, causing severe damage to the wall and/or belongings. Suspect mold. Problems almost never addressed, or when they are it could be months before anyone shows up. The workers who do show up are unprofessional, shady, and just enter without permission. It can take weeks from when they start fixing something to when it actually gets completed if ... read more

4 years in this apartment :( My husband lived in this apartment complex four years before we were married. Located in Cascade and required to live in Cascade for the fire department, this was his only option. The apartments have gone downhill in the last 3 years and the management is pretty much non exsistant. The rent was outrageous and his particular apt was not up dated, professional cleaned, painted, etc is over 10 years. The driveway into the complex was full of pot holes and the really run down. Run, don't walk away fr... read more

AWFUL EXPERIENCE I have never been at such an awful place. The other tenants are fairly pleasant, and it is quiet. However, I know a few people who lived there and they never got their deposits back and in fact got charged a lot of money after moving out. I myself got charged about $400 for damages I didn't do, they were pre-existing. I would caution you to EVER think of living here or dealing with their companies. They are owned by All State Management (that's who you pay rent to). I hear that all of All State Managment's b... read more
