Gross. I booked as the hotel was cheap. I reached late and they shut all the lights and even when I knocked there was no response. the place was very dark and run down. Called the hotel several times and there was no response. They closed the hotel and charged me as no show. when I spoke to the manager he was so rude and did not refund.
