I love all the staff there really nice
This isn't even my eye clinic. I was in looking for prescription safety goggles that my clinic doesnt carry. I didnt find excactly what i was looking for here either but the experience was amazing. The staff were so kind and friendly. The lady at front desk was very kind and even sat and chatted with me while i waited. The lady working in the glasses area was kind and overly helpful as she brought over more styles of glasses just over hearing that I didnt quite find something I liked. Great staff,friendly&helpful. Dr Cheslock puts you at ease and explains all the procedures and the results. I’ve been going to Cascade Eye Care for many years, and am totally satisfied with the care I’ve been given.
Staff is proficient and extremely friendly. Up to date equipment and using the latest tests. Wiling to answer questions. I have been and continue to be completely satisfied with the care I receive.
My family has been going here for about 5 years. They are great with my special needs son and are always very friendly. Today I took my glasses in that got stepped on on Thanksgiving. I thought for sure I would be working out the money for a new pair. Bernice took them in the back and had them right as rain in under 5 minutes. You can't even tell they were smashed! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!
