I do not believe I'll be coming back to your office again, I'll go elsewhere for my eye care if possible. I did not like the way you handled my latest purchase, I wasn't pleased with the way my mother was treated by her doctor (she's not coming back either btw) although I will say MY doctor is very nice and professional. I do not appreciate the over reach in your so-called Covid protection, it's handled rudely, pretentious and in a couple of points completely unnecessary!
RecommendedBoth doctors are fantastic! The clinic offers vision therapy too. There are not very many places offering this for children. The glasses selection is great too. The ladies who fit them are so nice.
Great experience! State of the art equipment, knowledgeable staff. Found a scar that was never previously discovered by any previous vision exams. Had so much fun choosing new eyewear. Never once felt hurried or pushed.
Excellent care from the front desk, the doctor, and ordering glasses! This was our first time here and everyone was amazing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great care and service.

We had a clash of personalities, I don’t feel comfortable or safe coming in to get my glasses. Just because my experience was bad doesn’t mean yours will. I’d give them 2 stars. I’m sure they’ll respond to this post making me look bad but, as a consumer that’s the most honest recommendation I can safely give.

Dr. Bill was amazing. Made me feel comfortable. Staff was great. The technology used to examine my eyes was so state of the art, unlike what I have experienced in California. I plan to make them my permanent eye care facility for my eye care needs going forward.
